How do I set up the executives I support, including their family?

The first step to set up executives on Hush is for them to receive and open their welcome email. This email contains a link where they will enter basic information and authorize Hush to remove information on their behalf. After this initial login, they will need to log in one final time briefly to fully activate the account and authorize you as the account manager.

Once our Customer Success team configures the account to be managed by you, you can access it using the circle icon in the upper right of your dashboard. From within the account, navigate to the Family Monitoring section to invite other household members to activate their Hush membership.
