Getting Started with Hush
Setting up your Hush membership is simple, secure, and designed to respect your privacy at every step. From your initial invitation to full access, the process ensures your information is protected while delivering a personalized experience.
Step 1: Receive Your Invitation
Your onboarding begins with a direct invitation from Hush. If there is no response, we will send up to two follow-ups over the next 7 days, handled discreetly and respectfully.
Step 2: Begin Membership Setup
Once you accept the invitation, you will be guided through initial setup. We only ask for essential information, including your preferred name, personal email, and a phone number for two-factor authentication.
Step 3: Submit Additional Details (Optional)
You may choose to add details such as age, alternative emails, and name variations. This helps us verify your identity and tailor your experience while maintaining strict privacy standards.
Step 4: Confirm Your Location
You will be asked to provide your country and, if applicable, a previous ZIP or postal code. This ensures your protection is accurate and relevant to your digital exposure.
Step 5: Verify Your Security
To secure your profile, you will complete two-factor authentication and confirm that your information is accurate before moving forward.
Step 6: Confirmation and Welcome
Once verified, you will receive confirmation both online and via email. Within 7 days, you will also receive a welcome message that unlocks full access to your Hush membership.
