Do you have a guide for administrators?
While we do not yet have an administrator guide, one is being developed. In the interim, here are several best practices and processes we recommend.
There can be multiple administrators for your organization, sharing access to the Hush dashboard. Within the Hush dashboard, you have the ability to invite and deactivate members, and view key metrics around anti-phishing risk reduction. This includes the aggregate number of items removed and identified. Detailed reporting is being built into the administrator dashboard, but is available at any time through our Customer Success team, and is typically provided as part of your organization's Privacy Risk Review meeting.
We are also building features to allow administrators to designate authorized managers for other individuals. Until this is complete, please contact our Customer Success team, who will configure Authorized Manager settings.
