Do you have a guide for family members?

While we do not yet have a full guide for families, here are some best practices:

• Inviting household members: Any household member over 18 can invite up to three other adults (18+) in the household using the Family Monitoring tab.

• Identifying minors: Our AI automatically identifies and includes household members under 18 in the member's profile. If any children under 18 are not showing, it is because our AI could not confidently confirm they are part of the household.

• Results for minors: All results for those under 18 are review-only and cannot be removed automatically. These results are almost always social media, which parents and guardians typically prefer to address directly with their children.

• Independent accounts: Each adult Hush membership has its own independent account.

• Authorized manager: To manage other account holders in the household, contact Hush Member Services by phone, chat, or email at hello@gohush.com.

• Inviting adults: To invite others over 18, go to the Family Monitoring section and enter their first name, last name, and email address.
